We charge administrative costs of €20 for enrolment in the course. If a pupil cancels before the end of the course and subsequently decides to re-join, even if it is the following month, administrative costs must be paid again. This is likewise the case if the pupil decides to re-join later, once the course is underway. If the reason for cancellation is injury or illness, 33% of the monthly quota will be payable to hold the place while the pupil is unable to attend (the absence must be justified with a corresponding doctor’s certificate)
Monthly payments will be by via direct debit. Any payments returned by the bank must be paid in person at the sports centre and will carry an additional €4.30 processing supplement.
Absences or missed classes whether justified, unjustified or due to rain, may not be recuperated and there no discount on fees for classes missed for these reasons.
On national and local bank holidays there will be no classes. There will be no classes during the weeks of Christmas or Easter and there is no discount in the amounts payable that include these periods.
Communication of classes must be in writing with completion of the corresponding form, and notified before the 20th of the month before cancellation of classes.
