The only meteorological phenomenon that is a valid cause of impossibility to play is rain. If a customer happens to be playing and it starts raining hard enough to make the courts dangerously slippery, the rest of the session can be played at a different time.

If play must be called off and rescheduled due to rain, the customer must contact the sports centre a maximum two hours before the scheduled time. The impossibility to play must be corroborated by our staff, at which time the customer may choose a new date or choose to leave the money paid in deposit for a future occasion.

Whatever the choice, our tennis courts have an excellent drainage system meaning that puddles do not form of the surface and that as soon as it stops raining play can resume. Nonetheless, if you are on site, please bear in mind that the court surface may be slippery, and we will respect your decision to not play under such circumstances. If this is the case you will not be charged for the court.

If you have booked a paddle court that is still wet after rain and you wish to play, we will lend you a set of balls.
